My name is Sue Rice, I am the owner of MFW. I am a Level 3 Personal Trainer registered with Fitness Australia. I take your fitness goals seriously.
I specialise in training women, pre and postnatal training, pelvic floor, healthy behaviour coaching
I understand that losing weight and gaining muscle can be challenging, and my goal is to help you overcome hurdles and reach your goals.
With over 10 years of success and experience, I am capable of analysing your body and creating a fitness plan that will help you reach your goals.

I want to keep you moving so that you can stay healthy and active for longer.
I understand that adapting new fitness habits is difficult and often times fails. My goal is to change your view on fitness, so that it becomes a part of who you are and your lifestyle.
I strongly believe that if you practice healthy habits, you will be able to obtain a healthy lifestyle.
